Legal Agreement

By using Scrapify's infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these terms. We strictly prohibit scraping illegal or abusive content.

Acceptable Use

You must follow fair use policies and avoid DDoS-style attacks against targets using our proxy pools. Rate limiting must be respected.

Account Liability

You are responsible for the URLs you trigger extraction jobs against and the integrity of your API keys. Keep them protected.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate worker access if proxy pooling abuse is detected. Refunds are prorated based on API usage.

1. Core Obligations

When utilizing the Scrapify Platform, you affirm:

You have proper authorization to access the target URLs.
You will not circumvent paywalls or authenticated barriers without credentials.
You understand Scrapify is an infrastructure layer and not a data broker.

2. Rate Limits & Infrastructure

Free tiers are capped at 10k requests per month to prevent abuse on our residential IPs. Production models offer limitless concurrency subject to standard fair-use. If your application triggers massive synchronous timeouts, we will pause your pipeline asynchronously and drop you an email alert.

3. API Changes

We iterate rapidly. We promise 30-day notices for strictly breaking changes to `/api/v1` routes.
